- Anonymized Data: Personal identifiers are permanently removed or replaced so the data can no longer be linked to you, even when combined with other data. Anonymization is irreversible

When you use our Trading Journal and opt into psychology features, we analyze:

- Plan adherence: Whether you followed your trading plan

This analysis generates:

- Danger zones and warning indicators
- Strengths and areas for improvement

Important: Psychological profiling does NOT make automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. All insights are informational and educational only. No trading decisions are made automatically on your behalf.
5.3 Your Rights Regarding Profiling

- Human review: Request human review of any AI-generated insight
- Explanation: Request an explanation of how specific insights were generated
- Deletion: Request deletion of your psychological profile data

- Backup systems are purged within 90 days
